Our doctors and staff are very conscious of trying to maximize your dental insurance benefits. But remember, these are your benefits and dental insurance cannot dictate proper care.

Our front desk will submit all forms for insurance payments and, if necessary, a pre-determination of benefits. There is tremendous variability of benefits provided among insurance companies and specific plans. Our staff can answer a lot of your questions, but, it is your responsibility to know these benefits. The patient is always responsible for payment of services provided in our office.

Please contact our office at 631-499-1212 with any questions you might have regarding 3rd party benefits or for a list of insurance companies in which we are participating providers.

A Bookkeeping courtesy of 5% is given for Payment In Full by Cash or Check at the beginning of treatment for treatment plans totaling over $2,000.

We treat patients by appointment only and take pride in never making patients wait at our office. We will always do our best to serve all emergent dental needs as soon as possible. Every effort is made to schedule your visit promptly and conveniently with adequate time allotted for the quality our patients have come to expect.

We are available Monday through Saturday with evening hours up to 7:00 pm and morning hours as early as 7:00 am. The doctors are always directly accessible by cell phone to respond to dental emergencies and questions when the office is closed.

Kindly provide at least 48 hours notice for any appointment that needs to be rescheduled. Appointments cancelled in less than 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation charge.
